Information collected by Newport O'Connor
Newport O'Connor collects personally identifiable information from newport-oconnor.com (the "Site") when you submit a form or send an email via the Site. Due to the nature of our business (Executive Search) most of the information is of a confidential nature (i.e. resumes) and as such we treat the information as private and confidential. No personally identifiable information is released to third parties without the express permission of the person to whom that information relates.

From time-to-time our Site requests information from users via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose requested information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and address) and demographic information (such as zip code, etc).

Newport O'Connor may share aggregate or summary information regarding its users with third parties which is individually unidentifiable (e.g., 75% of our candidates have an MBA).

Newport O'Connor will NOT send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people unless:
