Investigation
We ensure that we understand our clients and their requirements prior
to advising how we can meet their executive search needs. Preparation
and understanding of all the facts at the outset ensures that we are
able to respond quickly and meaningfully to our clients without wasting
valuable time or resources. We do not accept assignments unless we
are confident that they will yield success and satisfaction for all
parties concerned.
Research & Analysis
We conduct preliminary research, when necessary, to advise our clients
of the best course of action in relation to specific assignments. We
provide updated advice on the market, salaries, candidate availability
and competition for talent to manage client expectations and to support
suggested recruitment strategies for our clients. No two searches are
treated the same and standard methodologies are not utilized. Whilst
we have established processes and procedures to ensure consistency and
efficiency, we do not sell a "cookie-cutter" search solution
to our clients, rather we provide the best solution for each situation/set
of circumstances.
Consultation & Recommendations
Once all relevant data is available, we craft a recruitment strategy.
We consult with our clients during this process and incorporate their
feedback, to ensure that expectations are met and our understanding
of our client’s needs are consistent with the way that we present
opportunities to potential candidates.
Project Management
Once a recruitment strategy is architected, we implement and manage
the project. We leverage all available resources, including but not
limited to: our personal networks; professional associations; internal & external
databases; research; the internet and advertising (when appropriate),
etc. We search for suitable candidates (ensuring that they match job
specification, education, salary, personality and cultural requirements)
and we verify their interest in the opportunity/ies. If appropriate,
we then "screen" the candidates by telephone, interview them
by video conference/in person, prepare candidate profiles and finalize
short lists. Once candidate profiles are approved by our clients we
arrange interviews, liaise between the parties, conduct negotiations,
take references and manage the candidate/client relationship through
placement and until the expiration of any guarantee period.
Market Advisors
We can also provide our clients with current and ongoing advice about:
the employment market (generally and specifically relating to industry
sectors); candidate availability; salary surveys; HR issues; networking
opportunities; potential acquisitions/alliances, etc.
